Why Choose Select Living | Perth’s Trusted Custom Builder

True Custom Homes Built for Living

At Select Living, we design and build homes that reflect your lifestyle, personality, and dreams. Every detail is tailored to you – combining inspired design, quality craftsmanship, and functional spaces. The result is a beautiful, enduring home where life unfolds effortlessly, every single day.

Most Perth builders will tell you they offer custom homes. What they mean is a standard design with optional upgrades. That is not custom, that is a catalogue with extra steps. As luxury home builders Perth clients choose when design integrity genuinely matters, Select Living starts every project the way it should: with a blank page, your block dimensions, your brief, and your life. Our award-winning approach as custom home builders Perth families return to again and again comes from one simple commitment: we build what you need, not what is easiest for us to produce.

From initial design through to handover, we provide clear timelines, transparent pricing, and open communication. We invite questions, welcome collaboration, and make sure the process stays as stress-free as possible. With us, you’re never left in the dark – just supported, guided, and confident about every decision you make.

Customisation

Your home should be more than a set of plans – it should be a reflection of your lifestyle, your tastes, and your dreams. That’s why every Select Living home begins with your vision.

From layout and materials to finishes and features, we customise every detail to suit you. Whether it’s a chef’s kitchen, a sun-drenched reading nook, or a statement staircase, your priorities shape the design. The result is a space that’s not just beautiful, but unmistakably yours, that is crafted to suit how you live today and adapt for tomorrow.

In-house team

We don’t outsource your vision – we bring it to life through our skilled in‑house design and construction experts. Working under one roof means a seamless, cohesive process with no disconnect between design and build.

Our designers, draftspeople, and project managers collaborate daily to ensure every detail aligns. Because we work together from concept to completion, any challenges are solved quickly, ideas flow effortlessly, and quality stays consistent. You’ll always have direct access to the people shaping your home, ensuring your dream is delivered exactly as imagined.

Inspirational

We believe building your home should be exciting, creative, and inspiring – not overwhelming. At Select Living, inspiration flows at every stage of the journey.

From our portfolio of past projects to personalised design consultations, we help you explore ideas and possibilities you may never have considered. We’ll show you how textures, colours, and layouts can transform a space – and how small design moments can make a huge difference. It’s about finding the perfect balance of form and function, and igniting ideas that bring your vision to life.

Local
